January 4, 2003- Ken Palmer (LUFA member) turned
himself in and demanded to be charged by the Calgary City Police for
having an unregistered firearm. Ken Palmer presented the police
with a signed affidavit that the rifle was in fact a firearm that was in
working condition. The rifle was safely transported to the Police.
The Calgary Police refused to lay charges. Cochrane RCMP advised
they would not lay charges either. |

himself in and demanded that the Red Deer City RCMP charge him for
having an unregistered firearm. The RCMP refused to lay charges. |

firearm. Gov't refused to convict Mr. Lacombe under the Firearms
Act, instead they used the Criminal Code. Why spend $2 billion
dollars for the Firearms Act and not use it?)
