hey there, would anybody out there know if it is legal to sell or give away my gun if i do not have a PAL or a POL. i live in manitoba,but i am unsure of how long i will be in prison for if i get caught selling or giving away my shotgun? STUPID LAW

To dispose of a gun off the record simply declare that you sold it to an American. Of course if the American then turns around and resells it to another Canadian then that is not your concern.
