Sentencing Hearing coming up - Tuesday, February 26, 2008 It's been too long since I last wrote, but I've been taking a little time off since the trial and also coming to grips with the possibility of having to spend a year or more in jail (some of my convictions have a one year minimum sentence). The sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 17 and my family and I are hoping and praying that I won't have to serve any jail time.
