The Crown's intent is obvious. They are going to break the man's spirit and drain his purse outside of court because this case has no merit. The judge is playing along. He could have ruled the Crown's argument out of order, but he did not. So another delay, another lawyer, more money.... So much for working through the courts. We win at the ballot box or we are screwed.
