Posted on: Friday, May 04, 2012 at 16:24 IF you're a Freedom Loving Gun enthusiast Freedom Fighter. There's only ONE CHOICE. America. IF,you can get permanant resident status. America has changed a LOT in the past decades since the 1960's.Leftward. BUT,it's still the best place left for Gun Owners i know of. AND,you will not have the culture shock of moving to a country with a different language, and different culture. America, culturewise, is virtually the same as Canada . Comments by freedom fighter from Canada - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Friday, May 04, 2012 at 14:39 Does this mean that nothing has really changed? Hell, this country is going to shit. Nanny state control freaks at every corner, socialist leftards, freezing winters, high taxes, I could go on. The cpc has scrapped the registry and the provinces have no right to start their own. I still have a "Plan B" so to speak if things do not turn around up here. I am still looking at other countries to immigrate to, possibly the USA but also places in Europe and Latin America. Comments by GUN FREAK from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Friday, May 04, 2012 at 11:58 Yeah, Mark, but the ever consistent suck ups who couldn't get in line fast enough before, they are all still out there, business as usual. The Conservatives have washed their hands of this issue, so reports SUN NEWS, Monty Solberg And VIC TOEWS have put all GUN OWNERS out to "TWIST IN THE WIND" they suggest that gun owners need to take CFOs and gun shops to task, from their end. ...yeah, right. like theres any chance, a fart in a high wind, the FIREARMS ACT guarantees that the COPS are FREE to lay charges and attack gun owners with impunity, there is NO APPEAL PROCESS and NO unbiased court in the land. GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT stands as yet. Comments by dave from Canada - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Friday, May 04, 2012 at 11:19 These snags are temporary...people are already buying and trading fire arms, the registry was full or errors before, its worse now. The say conservatively 3 million gun owners in Canada, one sale/purchase each and there is 3 million more "errors" should they ever decide to try and resurrect this POS. Won't happen in our life time as the memory of this fiasco will hang around for a few generations. Comments by Mark from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Thursday, May 03, 2012 at 15:14 Ontario has no legal grounds to do this. If store owners refuse to comply, then what crime could they be charged with? There has not been any provincial law passed to back up their request for names and addresses. As long as federal gun licensing is in effect, the provinces cannot do anything. It would be thrown out of court. The entire firearms act will have to be repealed if the provinces want to create their own registry. The Supreme court already ruled that the gun control act was a federal matter since guns cross provincial borders. Of course that argument is flawed since cars also cross provincial borders. If a provincial registry is created, then gun owners MUST boycott it. Once bitten, twice shy. The entire gun control issue is a witch-hunt by those who want to take control of others lives. They are the ones who are the dangerous people. Perhaps they are the ones who need to be registered.Lets start a registry for those who are against freedom. Wendy Cukier and Alan Rock can be at the top of the list. Comments by GUN FREAK from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Thursday, May 03, 2012 at 14:22 WEVE BEEN FU CK ED by the conservatives, They said "Quebec can create their own provincial registry if they want to, but we will not provide them with federal long gun registry data" what the Conservatives SHOULD have said, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! NO WAY! The REGISTRATION of LONG GUNS IS FEDERAL JURISDICTION, and WE PROVED IT IS USELESS AND INEFFECTIVE, creating a 'registry' or collecting information on gun owners is a federal offense!! Comments by Mark from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Wednesday, May 02, 2012 at 00:59 All they need is the license number. This must be some kind of publicity stunt. This truly is a witch hunt. Comments by Dave P from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 19:27 Time to set up a mobile gun shop west of Kenora just inside Manitoba. There's a perfect rest area a klik or two from the border. Comments by gf from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 15:17 Watch crispy Clark jump on board the stupid train, as well, Jim. Why these LIBERAL turds keep getting elected is beyond me comprehension. Comments by Dan from Quebec - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 14:56 For now I recommend every body to buy used firearms. Private owners to private buyers until it is fully dismantled. Comments by pd from Alberta - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 14:45 if firearms are federal jurisdiction, what power of law does the chief FO have to sanction any businesses that do not comply? Comments by Bayonet from Alberta - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 14:32 amen GF.hey Jim,don.t be suprised if redfraud and her socialist ilk come up with same law. Comments by Jim from Canada - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Tuesday, May 01, 2012 at 08:46 Big surprise The Peoples Socialist Republic of Morontario lead by the all knowing dear leader Daddy Mcguinty . Morontario and Queerbec just two socialist cry babies who figure that they can make there own guns laws and to hell with federal law ... Comments by gunnerhea (freak) from British Columbia - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Monday, April 30, 2012 at 23:55 YEAH, here we go, Will The Conservatives PLEASE STAND UP, retain their integrity, and return to their ORIGINAL PROMISE to SCRAP BILL C-68, (forced, criminalizing firearms owner LICENSING AND LONG GUN REGISTRATION) and, remove the gun reclassification ability of the RCMP, PLEASE???? Comments by Harry Palmer from Alberta - (Report Post - RP) Posted on: Monday, April 30, 2012 at 23:35 Another prime reason to get rid of the license idea as well. If licensing is kept, it gives the control freak mentality a leg to stand on to continue the tyranny. Scrap ALL of C-68 and the control mentality won't have a legal leg to stand upon, and the gun control house of cards will come tumbling down. We'll be back, once again to freedom for every citizen of this potentially once again great nation . | |||
