Liberals welcome back Vikileaks Liberal staffer

Liberal staffer behind ‘Vikileaks’ scandal latest political operative to be welcomed back after controversy

OTTAWA — A Liberal assistant who was forced to resign earlier this year after publishing lurid details about Public Safety Minister Vic Toews’s divorce on Twitter is the latest political staffer to be quietly welcomed back by his party after leaving amid controversy.

Adam Carroll was forced to resign as a Liberal caucus researcher in late February after he admitted to being behind the VikiLeaks30 Twitter account that posted 140-character details of Toews’s divorce proceedings.

Carroll told a parliamentary committee in April that he was angry after Toews said those who opposed the government’s controversial online surveillance bill were siding with child pornographers. He maintained he acted alone and used a home computer to create the Vikileaks account, and dismissed Conservative allegations he was being sacrificed by the Liberals to cover up for others in the party as “baseless.”

Liberal party spokeswoman Sarah Bain refused to say why Carroll was hired to work at the party’s headquarters in Ottawa.

I heard a quote, "STEPHEN HARPER MAY BE RECOGNIZED BY HISTORY AS THE GREATEST PRIME MINISTER CANADA EVER HAD!!!" even if he didnt do anything else, from this point, that might ring true! We will all see. Summer break is nearing its end, the hubbub is soon to return on the hill, and I have hopes that the "castle doctrine" law will protect Canadians from the police and courts. after that, who knows? ...hunting season is also approaching quickly, and so i wish good luck to all, may you fill your tags, your freezers, and hang magnificent trophy antlers on your walls!

Try this: no Ho hum, bubba, dinny and the condescending crap and maybe we'll talk OR argue. What the heck? the other option is the usual antagonistic me, which I'm up to if you like.
AND truthy guy: just come up with something pertinent please .. p.s. ["thy Word is truth"] it'll put your search in the right direction instead of forever learning and/or seeking (only to find along with the above) ["a fool trusteth in man"].

AS THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME DISAGREEMENT ABOUT THE A FORE MENTIONED WASHINGTON QUOTE AMONG SOME RESEARCHERS THE FOLLOWING HAS NO SUCH AND THE ENTIRETY IS AN AMAZING READ INDEED.
~
There is an opinion that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the Administration of the Government and serve to keep alive the spirit of Liberty. This within certain limits is probably true--and in Governments of a Monarchical cast Patriotism may look with endulgence, if not with favour, upon the spirit of party. But in those of the popular character, in Governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate & assuage it. A fire not to be quenched; it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest instead of warming it should consume.
~
It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free Country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its Administration, to confine themselves within their respective Constitutional Spheres; avoiding in the exercise of the Powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create whatever the form of government, a real despotism. A just estimate of that love of power, and proneness to abuse it, which predominates in the human heart, is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position. The necessity of reciprocal checks in the exercise of political power; by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, & constituting each the Guardian of the Public Weal against invasions by the others, has been evinced by experiments ancient & modern; some of them in our country & under our own eyes. To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them. If in the opinion of the People, the distribution or modification of the Constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield. gwpapers.virginia.edu/documents/farewell/intro.html

I trust the liberals and the NDP not at all. And I trust the lesser of the other two evils , the conservatives far more. They are Canada's current default because the other two parties are as scary as those wing nuts from the Green party. So now you tell me that Harper said " you ain't seen nothing yet ". The way I interpret that is he is proud of doing some economic good for Canadians and in the future he plans to create even more jobs and prosperity. I mean, what's wrong with saying that , dynacom ? Gun Freak told you the facts, Harper is referring to the new oil pipeline being built. He is diversifying our investments away from so much dependence on the states, because the states is going down the dam tube ! But what do I know , I'm just a punk , and Harper is just bad, bad , bad there dinny boy.
Here's something even scarier that Harper said when he was flippin' burgers at the recent Calgary Stampede :" Calgary is the greatest city in Canada " - that's right, he ACTUALLY said that and the press ran wild with it. OOOooohhh ! Scary, does that mean extreme favoritism to Calgary ? And is he thumbing his nose at every other city ? Do , for heaven's sake . fixate on every little thing the guy says because dynacom, he's JUST PURE EVIL !!!
( Oh gosh, Other, I hope I didn't just shoot my foot off, and all those big bad boogerman commentators COME AT MEEEEEEEE !!!? )

The only thing we haven't seen yet is a mass awakening from the general dumb public as to just how royally we've been screwed (truth, health, money, freedom, etc.) by TBTB in the globalist cabal. Using, of course, their boot licking federal gummyments across the world as their personal doormats, sovereignty out da window. Or, a large general awakening as to exactly what evils await us all in the very near future. But finally a significant number are at least beginning to yawningly rub the sleep out of their eyes . I STILL see Harper as a a half a$$ reluctant player in globalist chess games though bubba - so far , you won't change my mind on that. I base my opinion on his actions to date.

What scared the sh!t out of me, was the prospect of another 4 years of Liberal douche baggery. Fisrt, they woulda banned handguns in Canada. and ALL DOWNHILL from there. imagine the alternate reality if IGNAJERK off woulda got the office of the PM! or, JACK-u-LAYTON! now, we got angry tom Mulcair lighting his farts politically, with dumb-a$$ Boob ray flicking the lighter! these guys are like liberal Beavis and Butthead waiting in the wings! WE GAVE THE CONSERVATIVES A MAJORITY GOVERNMENT. this truly is "the lesser evil" thr long gun registry is (almost) completely dead, all records slated to be destroyed in october 2012. ALL the OPPOSITION PARTIES would re-animate the long gun registry zombie, damn the cost, the truth, or any perception of accountability. that is the mantra of the safe=tards. Meanwhile, we have bought ourselves a repreive from the sort of treatment that Bruce Montague experienced. for now, and, I for one, have been pressing my MP and the PMo for RIGHT TO CARRY as wel as SCRAP BILL C-68, including the farsical "safe storage" law.

What about this unique idea MRS - Harper is torn in a dozen different directions ( granted he SHOULD only be working for his REAL employers, the people of Canada). But what PM in your probably long memory isn't vetted first by the Bilderbergers and by the queen? What if the poor slob is giving the rank and file Canucks everything he dares to give back to us, without earning the extreme animosity of the world power brokers?
To break away thoroughly from that train of thought - it's guy's like vic taves ( twinkle taves to his numerous detractors) that i like and trust far less than harpo. Toews would just love to please his UN bosses by listening in to every single fricken email U and eye banter back and forth . Let's ponder how English/Roman/(Babylon if you go back far enough) pondered to do a number on everyone.
It's a spiritual battle see? In any case, to keep it kind of short and to the point; there have been characters in history with ideas and maybe too much time on their hands (also with some means) who have!! although not doing everything themselves have planted ideas in real whackjob peoples heads they thought would further their totalitarian/authoritarian crappyOLA.
One example: Thomas Malthus (Malthusian - look it up)
Another guy is this guy: Jeremy Bentham. Good guys? bad guys? who knows? whackjobs like 'thanks for nothing' is most likely. Ponder starts:
PANOPTICON: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panopticon
if you care to read through it there's a little line like 'the watched become the watchers' (something like neighbourhood watch)
JEREMY BENTHAM: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Bentham
no doubt, panopticon, welfarism and other such may've given rise to prisonplanet.com

ACCOUNTABILITY in government, sunset clauses on new laws, that are subject to unbiased review for effectiveness, and waste, that would spell the end of the firearms act, marketing boards, carbon tax, eco fees/enviro levies, aircare, human rights commission, CBC, etc etc etc. enought graft. enough waste. gut the senate. axe the exorbitant incomes of MPs and MLAs, axe their gold plated pensions, make the LIBERALS pay back the $$$ they took from EI! we probably need to make our own party. The Conservative pledge for smaller government was only so much sucking and blowing. and, keep the olympics in greece, too much waste on ifrastructure, winter olympics should STAY in alaska or Iqualit or something. ya that last question was sarcasm. it just really pisses me off the conservative position on copyright and internet policing and surveilance. there are no true libertarian parties. we need to pass a law that requires national plebicite to approve any UN or non national organizational treaties, and a constitutional clause making our rights, individual liberties and limits on government -all levels down to municiple- inalienable. privacy, guns, speach, individual sovereignty.. UN, american , monsanto, etc should have their influence cut off for good or ill. genetically modified food should be labelled as canadians want, patent laws reformed, the right to sue and petition courts for individual stupidity limited, and the ability for feds to sign international treaties and passing laws should be made more difficult.

He can very easily use PAL criminalizing licensing, or indiscriminate firearms reclassification. Bottom line, boys and girls, re-election is the agenda. It is disingenious to point out the hypocrisy here. If the reverse happened, to smear a LIBERAL MP, the whining would never end. I also do not support the online spying bill, and I dont even know where it came from, was not a platform issue. Bottom line, the police dont give a damn about privacy rights, and zealously back any move that grants them more power. I hope this spying bill never gets passed. ODD that Toews and the Conservative party will scrap the LGR, but fail to perceive the similarity of loss of rights with the spying bill. I think the liberal created office of "public safety minister" should be scrapped, as well, the "Cheif Firearms officer" office. so far, this empire has only caused MORE threat to honest Canadians.

Comments by Harry Palmer from Alberta - (Report Post - RP)

I don't like or trust Toews, he's a red tory and has proven that like all liberals he doesn't mind spewing nonsense to try to get a controversial bill through. nobody wants unblinking government surveillance while inline, in the name of 'public safety'. But I trust the liberals much less than I trust the public safety (hah) minister, or the conservative government.
Going with the lesser of two evils is not much fun, but until a truly conservative political party comes along, it's currently the default.
