Yeah, tracker, the RCMP needs serious restructuring, top down or maybe too late, maybe disband them, too. turkey vulture? sure, Giggy, but, if the bird has to be indiginous, is there any in Canada? if not, I suggest the seagull, aka sh!t hawk. its loud, obnoxious, craps upon all from above, eats garbage, well, its a suggestion. what national bird did we have before? a dodo?
