Report PostThe Yukon Territories is only ONE of TWO areas the Fed's can mess with. The word "include" actual definition and legal useage is: "to include is to EXCLUDE all others". In other words, if you say, "that basket INCLUDES apples", that means the basket ONLY holds apples. That is how the government deceives you, they use words.
