Handguns have always been a source of enjoyment for competitive shooting worldwide. Individuals partaking in this sport are without a doubt highly educated, responsible and a credit to society. Perhaps handguns used illegally should be treated very severeley and harsh penalities given on first offense.
If this was to occur society would have no option than to support handguns ownership.
