Well, the recent polls suggest Harper is in about the same shape he was when the conservatives squeaked their last minority. Personally, l think he has lost some strength in both the maritimes and the west and of these polls are also conducted in central Canada (or at least l believe they are as l know no one who has ever been canvassed in our area)
I still prefer a minority......... it would force the presiding govt to work with other parties who were also voted in to represent their constituents. The bullsh!t of needing a majority doesn't fly with me as other countries make it happen with give and take. The reign of mismanagement and social destruction brought on by the lieberals represents a learning lesson of what happens when we have to many consecutive majority govts.
