Comments:	I found this very interesting to read. And believe every word of it. You look at todays criminals who are in and out of the system and get released after every crime. But when you are a citzen who first breaks the law they throw the book at you. I'm from london and our system released a guy who shot several people in the down town core. Luckily not killing any of them. But he was released and is now wanted for failing to appear. He never returned to court after being released.
