Comments:	finland has the second highest per capita gunownership next to america but have virually no gun crime.... they also have no negroes ...mexicans ...or other racial or cultural minoritys either... they are culturally and racially stable democracy... they have recently been infected by the virus of liberalism...and have had a backlash with a small fascist movement.. russia is opening up and their gunlaws are less restrictive than ours.....don't know how long this will last since they are not a stable democracy yet....some thinking is that it will return to an empire or a form of fascism with one powerful leader... someone asked an american why they were so obsessed with owning and packing guns.. because we need them was the reply. and so do we all.
