Shit, we've got cougars around this area. Damned cats tangled with 3 german shepherds in the area. One got it's throat ripped out, another got an ass-whuppin, and one got away. No-one's safe here, unless they're packing. Give it about ten years, and the deer start getting thin, and the cougars start looking for other meat. It won't be safe to walk anywhere in the dark.
