In the near future , Mark , the Minority Report liberals ( if they ever get back in ) will probably nab him right away as soon as he walks onto the range for the certainty of pre-crime . They'll likely justify the arrest with " it's important to stop pre-criminals before they shoot holes into paper targets ".
