No joke, ErSwnn - great handle by the way, I just punched .32 ACP shooting into youtube search, and came up with a great little three minute video called "Our .32 ACP Collection". The big fella there shot six different varieties of WW11 pistols in caliber .32 ACP. Of course, living here in this demoncrazy called Kanada I could only dream in flippin' technicolor of EVER owning one, let alone perform the apparently hugely illegal act here of shooting one.
Anyway, the big fella in the video hauled out a beautiful looking Fabrique National .32 ACP pistol, about halfway thru the effort, and shot seven rounds through it, and man oh man he looked like he was enjoying the target practice session.
It's a mystery to me and a bafflement of EPIC proportions as to why the gumment here has leaned so hard on pistol ownership. Not to mention, although I just did, why do they feel the need to outright BAN certain calibers? Is this "foot in the door" legislation ? Weirdly .32 caliber ACP inserts are perfectly legal to put into .308s, .303 rifles etc. So I would imagine the reloading components for the caliber may be available. Might be good for grouse in hunting season, or pest destruction chores around the farm. About the same power level as .22 long rifle rounds.
